RADBURN ASSOCIATION EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION

We will begin accepting summer 2026 applications on January 15th.  We highly recommend applying early as some positions may fill up quickly.

Please be sure to complete all the required information.  Once submitted someone will contact you with further details.

Current positions available:

Camp Counselors (must be 16 years old by June 2025) - Part-time, weekdays June 29th - August 7th 9:15 am - 12:15 pm (no camp on July 3rd).  Must be reliable and enjoy working with children.  Must be available for off-site trips and weekly evening events.  Limited spots available for extended hours with our lunch/afternoon program.  

Swim instructors - Looking for experienced swimmers to teach swim lessons to children Kindergarten through 6th grade during our summer programs .  Part-time, weekdays June 29th - August 7th 9:15 am - 12:15 pm (no camp on July 3rd).   Also Tot Swim on Thursdays 1:00-2:00 pm.  Must be reliable and enjoy working with children.  Lifeguard certification preferred, but not required.  

SWIM TEAM 

Head Swim Coach- Looking for a motivated, responsible strong swimmer with coaching or swim team experience.  The Head Coach will represent Radburn at the league meetings.   They will help coordinate the swim league with other teams to plan the summer schedule.   They will oversee the Radburn coaching staff and organize & plan practices.  Prior to the summer, the head coach will ensure that all equipment is in good working condition, plan swimsuit fittings, tryouts and parent meetings.

Assistant Swim Coaches - Looking for experienced swimmers to help coach our Radburn Flying Fish summer swim team.  Practices begin mid-June in the evenings until school is done.  Then practices are held in the mornings Monday - Thursday 8:30 - 9:30 and 12:00 - 1:00 pm.  Must also be available to attend meets in the evening 2 times a week in July.  Lifeguard certification preferred, but not required.

Gate Guards - Must be over 18 years old

Looking for friendly, organized individuals to manage and control the entrance and exit of the pool area for members and their guests.  Must be computer savvy.  Gate Guards must be able to multitask and manage with frequent interruptions, changes, and delays.  For safety reasons, Gate Guards must remain at the table by the gate at all times and be aware of safety, health, and environmental concerns within the pool area. 

All Gate Guards will be trained prior to the start of the season.  Must be able to work extended hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
