Good Afternoon:

The Borough of Fair Lawn is sending out notification to all vendors that received a mobile, ice cream or temporary health license for 2025.  Attached please find your application for 2026.

All applicable documentation required with your application and fee are listed on the application.

Please note the following:

  • The Borough will only be licensing on an annual basis.  “One Day” licenses will no longer be issued.  Once you register and are approved, you can attend multiple events within the Borough (subject to the approval of the event organizer).
  • Licenses issued for food truck or ice cream vendors will be issued to the license plate on the vehicle.  Therefore, if you have multiple trucks that are conducting business in the Borough, they MUST all be licensed separately with separate applications and fees.
  • All licenses will expire on December 31 of the current year.
