Landscape Committee Application
The purpose of the Landscape Committee of RA is to assist the Board of Directors in the beautification on the common grounds that would satisfy the community's needs while being conscious of the monetary limitations of the budget.. For purposes of this committee,” Common Grounds" shall be defined as the landscaped parts of the Common Elements of the Association.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Meetings: The Committee shall meet, at a minimum, monthly and provide Management and the Board with reports of activities and issues.
The Committee shall help develop, maintain and review Landscaped Common Grounds standards that are consistent with the covenants of the Master Deed of the Association and are compliant with any relevant laws or codes. The Committee will provide the Board of Trustees with recommendations regarding the maintenance, improvement and development on landscaped common grounds during the preparation of the annual budget.
The Committee shall establish a common landscape inspection checklist that will be used consistently to inspect all Common areas on a regular basis. These inspections include but are not limited to:

The Committee shall be comprised of 8 homeowner members:
3 ‘B’ park, applicants, 3 ‘A’ park applicants, 3 ’R’ park applicants of the Association. Each unit owner in good standing is eligible to be a member of the committee. The Board may make additional appointments if vacancies occur. Committee members are appointed for one year terms.
